Penny the Pug Pendulum Clock

I got stellar customer service when I reported my clock was not silent. They cheerfully sent me a replacement. But before I could even open the new box my first one became silent! Now I need to send the new unopened one back.

I was gifted a clock and regrettably had some technical difficulties with the pendulum. I reached out to Birch Robot who quickly sent me a replacement and return box with prepaid shipping for the old one. The new one works splendidly and it makes my smile every time i look at it. Incredible craftmanship and 5 star customer service.

The clock is so cute! I really love it!! There was an issue with the pendulum for the tongue. It was warped, so the tongue was rubbing on the jowls. Luckily my dad is real handy and he was able to soften the wood and re-bend it so it was straight and now it’s working wonderful.
