When I ordered these shoes for my mother-in-law as a gift, it appeared from the product description the clip-in cleats were included (and they are visible in the photo). However, the shoes were delivered without the cleats?

For wide feet, might have to size up. The feel of the product is great and the straps make it more comfortable.
