Apex 35L Tactical Backpack

I completely left the wrong review on this site. That review was for another bag/company (Don't get that one...not sure if I can mention their name). This bag is fantastic and I use it everyday for CrossFit. It holds everything and still has room in case. Great bag! Customer service at TLF is top notch as they helped with this backpack and the other (bad) one like I have never seen. 5 stars for Customer Support, too!!! -Craig

I need to return this bag for two reasons: 1. It is too small for my needs 2. I did not even open it because the whole inside of the packaging was covered in black “plastic stuff” that got all over me and my clothes, floor, counter (sent email with pics). Please share a return packing label with free shipping and provide money in the refund for a new packing bag as right now I have it in a garbage bag to keep the mess to a minimum.
