Adds no weight to the helmet and remains unobtrusive protecting the eyes from dust. I am very sure of the magnetic hold while in use, but that sure of the hold while just placed atop the helmet.

Above and beyond products (helmets, visors and lights) and customer service (Ana) …start to finish, and over again twice.
All I’d ask for is an XL version of a helmet. My head is rather large and finding a premium helmet was challenging. The Neon is large and fits well enough to be comfortable.
