Ive tried two flavors and of the two this is definitely my favorite, just the right balance of sweet and "spicy" cinnamon with a delicious chewy texture

I bought 3 different knds of bars based on a friends recommendation but I was disappointed. I appreciate the high level of protein however the texture of the bars is not for me. I found them to be kind of soft and spongy and there's a lot of that "filling" in the bars so I don't enjoy them.

Typical David great taste, low calorie, high protein bar! I love the Cookie Dough flavor and got these for a change of pace. They are excellent, too! Great meal replacement bar!
