A worthy upgrade to the V11
I've been riding EUCs since 2018. I'm over 40 now and my knees and feet really don't appreciate bumps the way they used to. The suspension on the V12S is far ahead of what's on the V11 and turns broken pavement and bumps into background noise. The power pads and pegged pedals keep me secure so even larger bumps or jumps never shake my confidence. Bought the V12S in March and was worried it was a lot to spend on a minor upgrade. It's absolutely worth it, though. No regrets. An amazing wheel that has increased the range I can comfortably ride without fatigue while giving up none of the excitement and joy of riding an EUC. I've heard others compare this wheel to a Cadillac, and it's an apt comparison. Just floats over the world with style, poise, and comfort. No issues yet. Everything has worked pretty flawlessly. Haven't even adjusted the suspension yet since it felt so good out of the box. I do get some speed wobbles at times, but adjusting my stance and gripping the wheel more firmly mostly eliminates them. V8 -> MSX+16X -> V11 -> V12S ... I don't know if EUCs are going to get much better than this, but this one will definitely hold me over until they do.

Quite fun to learn to ride, but did have some technical challenges early on.
So I purchased a V12s as my first EUC, in April 2026, and was having quite a bit of fun learning how to ride it slowly. in June I started getting motor temperature control failed your motor may need to be replaced. I opened a support ticket and at first inmotion was going to send me a motor. I expressed my discomfort with doing it myself so they had me send it off to be repaired. I got it back last week, and no error now. I haven't had much more time to play with it yet.

Don’t Buy from Inmotion
I purchased a V12s and after riding it for five days the motor broke. It is a very complicated process to fix the motor and inmotion said they were going to send me a replacement motor. I told them that I did not want to have to deal with taking apart the entire wheel and so I asked if I could send it back. After it arrived at their facility, they informed me that they cannot give me a refund because it had been ridden - a little thing in their fine print that nobody sees. How are you supposed to know if you don’t like the wheel, unless you try it out? It’s even more shocking that they wouldn’t let me return it even after it broke because of their faulty motor. They fixed the motor and sent it back to me, with a broken kickstand. This company has a very horrible customer service as well. Nobody will answer the phones (I called 10 times during business hours) and they only respond to emails once a day if that. It has been five weeks since the motor broke and I just received it the other day fixed. Please do not waste your time and money on inmotion products.
