Berberine

I've only been using a short time. I've seen a subtle difference of maybe a little less belly fat. I'm not a big person to start but had been gaining around the waist. I've read Berberine is not good to stay on long term. This is not mentioned that I can see. You should go off it periodically I'm told by my Naturopathic Dr. Is this correct?

It’s hard to tell if the supplement is working. However, if it is working half as good as the Resveratrol and Curcumin is on my inflammation it is doing a fine job. Completely happy with Rho Supplements
