W Grip

I bought this to try instead of a conventional ‘V’ bar which I found uncomfortable to use when doing cable bicep curls and triceps press. The rotating handles give a very good feel to the bar and the bar provides a considerable improvement for my arm exercises. Very satisfied so far though yet to try the bar for rowing.

Great piece of kit. My wife and I love it especially for reverse tricep extensions. Very smooth and comfortable to hold. I’m also in desperate need of a difficult piece of equipment to get hold of, Lateral raise special flying bird handle as I have severe golfers elbow. Will happily buy if available from uclips. Great company. Packaging was awesome as well.
