Lab Diamond Duo Ring

I originally had the Et toi moi ring. The diamond had a very noticeable flaw in it so it was sent to customer service. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it, even though it was their fault and poor quality control. I waited weeks to get it back to only have them have it delivered to the wrong address. They tried to give me a store credit and I said absolutely not. They gave me my money back. I was able to use the Black Friday on this new ring and noticed the lab grown diamonds looked smaller than my original, natural diamond ring. I ordered it anyway. It took far longer than the estimated date. I was really disappointed in the way it showed up to my home. This ring is over $1000 and it showed up in a beaten up shipping back in a cardboard box. The ring was in an unbranded black cardboard box just bouncing around, in a lint covered bag. I’ve been a loyal customer of RC for years, and am so confused as to what’s happening with their quality control. In the end, this ring is fine but may be my last RC purchase for a while.

Pinky ring

I got this for myself as a push present and it’s the perfect little pinky ring. It took a while to arrive but when it did it was perfect.
