My son loves to practice with this on his hand. he can tell a difference in his throws to second. He did wear it during his bullpen practice and is going to wear before he pitches tonight.

Give it to my grandson for his birthday on the 7th put it on and use it for a half hour in the backyard you could definitely tell the difference in the throwing position.

Got this for my 13yr old son who is a catcher. After a few days of using this he has noticed a big difference in the way he throws and the velocity of his throws. He now uses this as part of his daily warm up routine.
