Disappointed

I’m very disappointed with the return policy because I cannot exchange my boots that I purchased on sale. Your website recommends to size up if you wear a half size. I did exactly that. I normally wear a 7 1/2 so I ordered a size 8 boot. To my dismay, they are incredibly too big for me. So basically, I’ve lost quite a bit of money by purchasing them. I actually love the boots because of it’s beautiful handcrafting. For me this was a very expensive purchase that I can’t wear. Your policy is very unfair due to the nature of online purchasing that is always hit or miss. As a consumer, I trust that your products are as advertise and they were, however, being recommended by your website to buy a larger size caused me this disappointment. I am a senior citizen and it took a great sacrifice for me to spend nearly $200 to purchase the boots that I’ve been longing for; but they’re useless to me. I have no one to sell them too recoup my loss. Your shoes are great, but your policy is unfair. All purchases from your company should be exchangeable or refundable, regardless to if they are on sale or not simply because your products are very expensive.

The best boots I have ever owned

I absolutely love my mukluks you guys go above and beyond I just wish I could buy every pair you have I never want to wear a different shoe again they are so soft and comfortable I have a disabled child that I run after all day and it's hard to keep up but my feet don't hurt and they last for years thank you for putting such great quality in your work!!!! It is truly appreciated 👏
