The Gentle Sencha

I call it the gentle sencha tea. The taste is full flavor without any detectible bitterness. I brew just before boiling 1-2 minutes. It is an stellar organic quality that is highly important to me.

A light, refreshing tea

​Light (lighter than the non-organic Sencha), refreshing, suitable for any time of day. It has been my go-to tea for several years, two or three cups most days. Highly recommended.

Great tea once you know how to brew it properly

​I think this is an EXCELLENT tea however I wish I would have known, in advance, that one needs to use an infuser with ULTRA FINE MESH. Using anything else will leave you with leaf residue in your cup. Once I purchased an ULTRA FINE MESH infuser, I was able to enjoy this tea residue-free. The other thing I want to mention is that I find it to be the least upsetting to my sensitive stomach if I brew the tea for 45-60 seconds using water that is no hotter than 160 degrees Fahrenheit (best between 150-160). When I follow this method, I'm rewarded with a smooth cup of invigorating green tea that is not bitter or filled with tannins.
