Maybe the Favorite of my subscription (I say that every month!)

The dark roast was very robust, almost chocolate-like flavors, with a wall of molasses earthiness, and just enough acidity that it does not suffocate the flavor. I take mike as a pour-over and with cream and agave. I am enjoying this roast, quite a lot.

So, Trade was true to its word and replaced a bag of coffee that I felt was flavorless and missing the mark on taste. They recommended Ad Astra (and others) based on my taste profile. It showed up, and it was dark, rich, and delicious. It is the strongest coffee I ever had (this is a good thing), and it was extremely tasty! I definitely recommend and will buy again.

Dark & Sticky

Dark blend with a sticky sheen. Oddly, lots of bean debris in the bag. Previous roasts were better. I love all their blends but this is my least favorite. Faint aroma of fish that dissipated when brewed. Triple shot 22gr espresso, 40 gram in cup.
