Great coffee bean for Chemex pour-over coffee

This coffee has the warm, well-rounded aroma and flavor I look for in a medium roast, with a touch of bright acidity that makes for a refreshing start to the afternoon. Brewing freshly roasted coffee as a pour-over is always a pleasure, from the moment I begin preparing it to the last sip. It pairs especially well with simple bread and butter. I also enjoyed it with a peach and burrata salad, and the combination was absolutely delightful. It made for such a pleasant and relaxing afternoon.

Very smooth!

This is truly a very smooth and tasty medium roast coffee. No bitterness at all. I'm usually a dark roast girl, but tried this and found it very very flavorful. I'm sorry I can't say exactly what I'm tasting, I just know coffee is the best part of my day, I'm very picky and I love this medium roast.

Mellow Roast - Tastes great

First off I have never been disappointed with my selections from Trade Coffee. This one continues to hold true as well. Before I even opened the bag the aroma was enticing. The flavor profile on the bag said Nougat, Clementine and Burnt Sugar which made for an exquisite experience in brewing. I got the sugary and citrusy airs as expected. This coffee is perfect for an any time of day pick me up. It's mellow but bold body is something I really appreciate being an espresso drinker. I would highly recommend this bag!
