Delicious!

I’ve made this both with a 1:16 ratio with the hario v60 hot and iced. For some reason, despite trying to dile it in, I can never seem to find the tasting notes when I brew it hot. With a cold flash brew, the coffee really opens up!

Good, not great

Described as a Light-Medium, I would definitely categorize as a Medium. I did not detect any of the fruit notes listed on the label, just tasted like a standard medium roast coffee. Definitely drinkable, just not what I hoped it would be.

This is one of my favorite coffees! It was, in fact, the coffee I was given by a friend, which led me to join Trade and start a subscription. This coffee is smooth, well-balanced, with notes of chocolate.
