I use this in my four step routine. IMO it definitely helps. I and others have noticed a difference. Highly recommended.

Dropper doesn’t seem to grab up enough. A lot of air enters when I use it as directed. I can get more off the sides of the dropper rather than its actual use. Price with what may be inside is a little off putting. Serum feels very good especially after a shave. Smells great with just a subtle scent. Ingredients are awesome.

I use all 4 steps of their face care products. I have been for about a month now. I have sensitive skin and just about everything else I've used has bothered my skin in one way or another. I have had no issues with their products. I highly recommend these to anyone wanting to treat their face like it should be.
