Lock In Glow shimmer base

Great shimmer primer/glue! Good replacement for the NYX Glitter Glue that we can’t get in Canada anymore :( it moves the mattes I’ve laid down a little but not too much. It makes shimmers stick, DOESN’T crease on my very hooded lids which is exactly what it is supposed to do. Does it well! Colour looks very yellow but goes on basically invisibly on my fair skin. I don’t think this ADDS shine despite the product being somewhat shimmery in a swatch. I think I prefer the Clionadh x Bad to the Brow Shine On. Nonetheless I will enjoy using this before I lay down my shimmers. I do recommend this product! I would repurchase this as well.
