The best razor I’ve ever used!!
I’m loving my Leaf 2. It’s hands down the best razor I’ve ever used. I was primarily using plastic replacement cartridge razors and then a double edged safety razor. The plastic ones were wasteful and I found the DE safety razor too aggressive and hard to use while showering especially without glasses or contacts. The leaf 2 is perfect for me. It was incredibly easy and intuitive to load the blades safely and securely. It feels solid in my hand and the weight is perfect. The pivoting head makes it so easy to shave legs and underarms without any nicks or irritation. It really just works incredibly well and I’m so happy knowing that the replacement blades are more sustainable and cost effective. You’ve really created an incredible razor and I’ve already told several family members and friends that they need to try it!

100/10 worth it, no (negative) notes
I've had Leaf on my 'to buy' list for nearly 6 months. My only hesitations from buying sooner? The fear of cutting myself (I am terrible when it comes to shaving around my knees and even disposable drugstore razors are a tough go for me sometimes) and two, the fact that I still had disposable razors that I couldn't bring myself to just overlook. Once the last disposable razor was a goner, I decided to place my Leaf order. I was SO excited when it was delivered! The first two shaves had me quite nervous, but I moved slow and applied nearly 0 pressure. To my surprise, the razor glides so smoothly and now (nearly 5 weeks in) I have next to zero hesitations about slicing off skin while shaving lol. Loading the razor is super simple, too! Oh, also, the glacier color is absolutely stunning! P.s. shoutout to the Leaf Customer Support team, who responds quickly and truly resolves issues at first take. Very few support teams like this these days. I appreciate you!

Great Shave, but the Pivot Takes Practice
I’ve been using the Leaf Two for about ten days as a replacement for my Mach 3, and as a complement to my DE razor. The build quality is excellent and the razor is capable of a very close, comfortable shave once you get the hang of it. That said, there is a noticeable learning curve—especially around the pivoting action. Coming from DE shaving, I’m used to letting the weight of the razor do the work. With the Leaf Two, the pivot won’t activate with just the razor’s weight. You need to apply a bit of forward pressure, more like a cartridge razor. Until I figured that out, I found myself holding the handle at a shallow angle to get the blades to cut, which wasn’t very comfortable. Even my Mach 3 will pivot under its own weight, so this took some adjustment. On my head, the experience was similar. Most areas required that same shallow handle angle, but I did get the pivot to work naturally on the back of my head—likely because my arm naturally applies more forward pressure there. Once the pivot engages, the razor performs well. The shave is smooth, consistent, and close. I don’t think the pivot mechanism is flawed; it’s just tuned differently than what DE users or Mach 3 users might expect. After several shaves, I’m getting better results as I adjust my technique. Overall, the Leaf Two is a well‑made razor with good performance, but expect a learning curve if you’re transitioning from DE shaving or very light‑pressure cartridge shaving. The pivot works, but only when you use the right technique.
