Unity Pro Cork Yoga Mat

Love!

A solid and firm mat yet padded well enough to comfortably kneel. Non slip as advertised even in a very sweaty practice. I feel totally grounded on this mat, not gripped to it like an open cell rubber mat, rather, a solid foundation and a sense of lifting off it. My practice has strangely felt lighter since using it. I took a risk buying it and I am certainly glad I did. I just love it.

I did a lot of searching for the perfect mat that wasn't toxic but had enough cushion for my joints. I had to return another green brand. When I tried this mat out, I was so HAPPY about my selection. It has more cushion than any mat I've tried and I feel really safe with the cork ingredient touching my skin. Zero Slippage. When Im storing it, It has a light rubber smell that seems like it will wear off and a hint of a pleasant wood shavings smell when doing yoga on it. It's slightly heavier than what im used to but it's totally worth the extra weight in comfort and safety. I had a strap that I was able to use with it. You will need a strap of some kind. I no longer keep my mat in the hot car. I bring it in after class, wipe it down, let it dry (it does very quickly) and store in my room out of the heat and sun. Im very pleased and have recommended the brand to friends and family.

Dries quick!

I love this mat! It dries quick and it doesn't leave a foul smell. I never slip when I'm working out and mat doesn't slip too. It is heavy, but the quality is GREAT!
