Lavender Honey

The lavender honey was a taste experiment that is now one of my wife's most favorite honeys. The very thing I thought would be a strange overtone, is what draws her to it. The lavender honey is a must have in her collection of various honeys. She uses it on English muffins and in her oatmeal.
