Well I really had my doubts, this does really work, completely part of my daily routine, I'm amazed how much I've changed, gonna call it the 3 E's more Energetic more Enthusiastic more Excited 😊

Amazing tablets

I was quite sceptical but I think it may have helped with my mood before period. I will need to test it long term though to see if the results are real. Previous month it worked amazingly bit last month my pain was worse. So I shall see!

What did I do before these?

I’ve been taking this for a while now and can really feel the difference. My mood is so much better during the PMS and I feel less bloaty and just overall all better. 10/10 would recommend.
