The flowers arrived quickly and in good condition. Nice. The vase was in about 12 pieces as it was very casually wrapped for shopping.

I subscribed to the Luxe plan and was very disappointed. The bouquet I got looked nothing like the seasonal arrangements they advertise, and they even sent me the same vase two months in a row. Customer service was slow and unhelpful when I reached out. Definitely not worth the price, I canceled my subscription and won’t be ordering again.
