Not a knock you out pill

I use this typically when I have the opportunity to sleep in a bit the next day or I’m going to bed later than normal, I do feel like I get better rest than I do without it. I also feel like I wake up more alert/feel less confused on where I am whether it’s in the middle of the night or when I need to get up. Falling back asleep is not a problem though.

I've slept with and without this product. I sleep better while taking this product before bed.

A decent option for some help sleeping
