Uproot Washing Machine Cleaner

The product works!!!! Pulled a ton of gunk out as advertised. However it took a month and my contacting the company a few times, to the point of canceling the order to get it shipped. I only recieved shipment confirmation AFTER canceling the order. I was assure it would ship 48 hours after my initial contact wondering what was going on. I gave it 72. Then i emailed to confirm cacelation and i recieved word back that it had shipped the day before, after that i got tracking info. The product is great! The service is not.

I like the product but will not do business with this company anymore. I placed the order on May 1, they didnt ship it until June. They say that orders are processed within 5-7 days and ship shortly after, but it took 14 days for them to create a shipping label and another 20 days to recieve the product and that was after I contacted them twice and never got a reply until I disputed the charge with my bank. Suddenly, my order was “on the truck.” Even after I got an email stating the order was on the truck, it didnt actually ship for 2 more days.

Extremely slow time between order and shipping (over a month) before product was shipped, and meanwhile bombarded with advertisements for other products. I finally received and used the product i purchased and I am pleased with it.
