Aipas® A2 Elite Ebike

The videos kept showing easier assembly, just pull out the box and unfold...had to put several items together and it wasn't folded in the box. It is a wonderful bike with lots of power.

The bike we owned had a faulty motor. When we contacted the company during our warranty period, they said they couldn't help us out because the warranty only covers the frame and battery. We found out it does not cover the motor but they said i had to pay for both a nee motor and battery It recently did something dangerous by randomly stopping in the middle of the road, We reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent packaging, wrapped very secure. Excellent customer service - called to order one bike and the agent asked me fact finding questions and gave options of a better bike that fit what I was looking for. The directions that come to help assemble the bike are a D- rating. Had to find YouTube videos to assist.
