Felt the big difference with my squating. First time using any knee sleeves and all going to say this is good one. From the material to the fit and the design that it is!

Too small and too thick absolutely no stretch. I couldn't get it up to my knee. good luck getting a decent fit I measured and matched it up with the size chart and absolutely not even close . I am so disappointed. :(
