Big upgrade over VeraPlus!
This HA Green "refurb" appears completely new. I have used various models of Vera/Ezlo over 15 years until they sent a blackmail threat announcing I had to pay them $7.50/month, a year in advance. I replaced the VeraPlus with a Home Automation Green over a week's spare time. It works much better than VeraPlus and has no monthly fee. The HA server needs a USB-based Z-wave stick and I bought the Aeotec Z-wave stick 10, which works fine and connected to a couple dozen z-wave door locks, switches, and lights. Go with the HACS and Keymaster addons if you use zwave locks in HA. Shipping was fast and on-time. My advice is to dump Ezlo/Vera and convert to Home Assistant Green.

Easy setup.
It took about 10 minutes to be up and running my first automation. I originally purchased for my Brunt blind engines, but I plan to use it for lights and alarms.

Great little machine
I got a refurbished model and an really happy with it so far. It's been fun to see what it can do automatically and had been even more fun going with the rabbit hole with what 3rd party options are available
