Easy to use and remember.
I bought these for my 16year old daughter and she finds them convenient, easy to use and remembers. lt was always hard to keep track on the pills suppliments.

Works for me
Have been using these for three cycles now. Have noticed less to no symptoms during the luteal phase, period is also lighter and shorter. I have tried everything over the years, so I am extremely pleased that these work for me. Highly recommend.

PreMenstrual patch
I found I got no effects from these patches, but that could be due to my age and numerous conditions that I currently have that counter-acted them. However, I cannot fault the customer service nor the extremely fast postage of my order and give 5stars. Keep up the great work helping people.
