XYL M870 Shell Ejecting Shotgun Nerf Blaster

My order took months to arrive, and throughout that time I received very poor information regarding the shipment status. I had to send multiple messages just to find out what was happening with my order after nearly two months of waiting. Now I have been informed that part of my order was confiscated by customs and that nothing can be done, with no refund and no replacement being offered. I do not believe this is fair. I placed an order that was accepted and shipped to the United States, and the risks associated with shipping and customs should have been disclosed beforehand.

The shipment arrived safely. The Remington 870 arrived in perfect conditions and its build quality is evident.

Seems very good quality. No instructions available on how to fit it.
