Amazing customer service, had to email support for an additional adapter. They replied back rapidly with a solution on hand. Love the filters, bought both for my kitchen and bathroom. Game changer.

I really love these! They made a huge difference in our older house. Easy to install and we hot multiple faucet types including the kitchen install kit. Extremelyhappy with this purchase and will keep up the filters. The gross stuff that came out furing installation only validated my choice!
