Product is great, application is frustrating
I love the product, but very frustrated with the pump. It does not retract back up after I press it down. I have to manually pull up on the applicator to apply a second pump of the product. I wasn’t a big fan of the previous applicator, but would happily return to that at this point.

Quick style refresh
We all love this powder for refreshing flat hair. It goes on as a very fine powder mist...a couple of squirts at the root, floof it back up and head out the door.

Huge Regrets
This powder makes my hair feel like straw. Forget being able to comb it after use, hard to even brush it. Might be interesting as a mega volumizer and texturizer, but as a product to delay having to shampoo by one more day, it's fail. Every time I use it it makes my hair look awful. I am a super Hair Story Original fan, by the way, have been for years and will continue to be.
