Pro's great addition to avoid back pain or standing long times. Con's not easy to slip into to put on sneaker. Requires pulling up the tab on heel, again not easy to put on. The size 10.5 seems a bit tight with this brand. But all my other shoes or sneakers are the same size and the do not seem tight. Suggestions: look for a slip on sneaker. That can also provide these features for healthy feet and back pain discomfort solutions. This does not have the large box toe area, again it seems a bit tight.
