Brand new, wore it in the house to break them in and then I wore it for one full day outside. One of the shoe bottom middle strip was already peeling off. I called customer Care to do an even exchange and he said I have to return shoes for a refund, no exchanging, and to purchase shoes again. Not happy about it, now I have to wait for, probably 3 weeks, before getting a new one.
