Ok product, terrible customer service!!! My bidet has issues with lid opening. I tried contacting support several times, every time they either don't respond or stop responding mid conversation. Given customer support is the only way to request a warranty covered replacement and/or return, this feels so scummy.
Review edit: if you need their help, CALL THEM. I cannot stress this enough, their on-call support was far more efficient than their email support by a long shot.
