Spectacular

Really good, some of the best espresso I've had in a long time. Strong freshly picked strawberry flavor and a milk chocolate finish. Made excellent lattes!

amazing batch, tons of flavour, 5.7 k ultra setting, 30g coffee, 80g water bloom for 30 secs, then 540g total water then close switch usually around 1:30 seconds, open switch at 3:30.

Good but took a lot of dialling

It's good but I had to make a lot of brewing adjustments to get rid of the astringency for my taste (similar to what I've found in some co-ferments). I didn't end up drinking much of it, my mom really enjoyed the lattes though
