Resolve Knee Sleeves

The sleeves fit great, and I could see an improved protection for my knees and better performance.

Great knee sleeves. I’m just a gym rat and general lifter, not a powerlifter. I went from no knee sleeves to wearing these and felt a big boost in confidence stability on squats as I reach for 315x5 on squats (my goal, and currently only one rep away!) I will say I had to size down in order to get the fit & feel that I wanted. I was told to get the large elbow sleeves & XL knee sleeves by the official chart as well as being told that by SBD over email, but in my opinion, both my elbow & knee sleeves were way too loose at the recommended sizes. Sized down by one notch on both the SBD elbow & knee sleeves, and now they’re perfect. I love the olive green color. For reference, I’m 40 and have a lot of joint issues, but I enjoy lifting as heavily as I can. There’s no way I want to squat 315 without my sleeves now that I have them though. They just give me more confidence and the compression really does help me with my joint pain. I rely on a lot of equipment to keep me feeling good & strong as I lift consistently in my 40’s and my sleeves are a big part of that formula. Thank you SBD!

Excellant support for my lower body workouts, highly recommended. The wrist wraps are a big help too.
