When I first received these shrimp the bag had been cut spilling out all the water during shipping (I'm guessing ag control). I spoke with the owner directly about it, he was very understanding of how worrying getting a bag of DOA can be. With a few pictures and a little explanation new shrimp were in the mail in days. Not just any shrimp, these blue oceans are unique and were all colored very well. Would entirely recommend.

Super healthy shrimp
