Asteroids Deluxe 7800

Excellent modern version

I read a review for this game indicating it was a fun game but basically just a rerun of the original. I couldn't disagree more. The controls function perfectly. I love the graphical and audio presentation. The firing tracking and pace is the best mix of accuracy and fun yet. More so than on any other home version I've played. I have thoroughly enjoyed this version. This is an excellent new offering of a classic!

Wonderful re-creation of an arcade classic

I came in with high expectations of this game, and I'm happy to say those expectations were exceeded. My love for the original Asteroids Deluxe may color my view here, but this is a fun 7800 port and a nice job re-creating the original vector graphics. Well done, Atari!

One of my husbands favorite games of his childhood. He was very happy to receive the game. Bring back more of the old atari 7800 games :)
