Exactly what I wanted

I wanted a sturdy, low-slug container to replace an old, peeling Tupperware that I had been using for turns and folds. I could not find this size and shape anywhere else. This is very well made and exactly what I was looking for.

Absolute upgrade!

The proofing containers have improved the time, consistency of process and quality of proofing. The lid provides the seal needed to maintain the optimal environment for my dough. Easily stack within one another for storage- no sticking and easy clean up.

Fast proofing

Since this is a rectangular shape the dough has more surface area to proof versus a bowl. So I have adapted to faster proofing with no complaints.
