A great guide to have on my fridge!

As much as I realize over the years as a growing adult who is still learning the ropes of good cooking and grilling, I still find myself wanting to double check temps depending on the Meat and you know, sometimes we just forget!

This item was a gift from ThermoWorks with my purchase of the Industrial IR Circle Laser. I am very happy with it because I have it attached to my fridge, where I can easily refer to it, and ensure that I cook protein to perfection.
