Healthy Coffee

Sipping Italian& cuban coffee for over a decade...awesome coffees. But because İ make it stronger than average people, it's developing a rush on me, my "RPM" going overboard sometimes and hair chest is standing up ;)). So I'm going to use Cuppa for a while to see if makes any difference , in a positive way. The package just arrived, so İ make a mushroom coffee right the away, to find out if there's any test difference . First of all: 1 tsp per cup of hot water(not more than like we use it for an espresso shot), otherwise it will be like mine: hot weaker liquid... The test is drinkable for good (I ordered Arabic medium roast). Not so close to myself made coffee beans espresso coffee test, but, hey: I try to take care of myself. So! Yes, not bad, but pricey... I will come up with updates if I see positive results. Cheers to everyone!

I was a little leery to try mushroom coffee because I actually drink my coffee black so I don’t like a lot of of the “instant coffees“ that are out on the market. But I have to say I miss my Cuppa when I do not get to have it.

I have had Ryze mushroom coffee and would have to mix it in regular coffee to mask the taste. But Cuppa I don't have to. It is delicious all by it self .very rich and creamy.
