Nova Knee Sleeves

I love the material and how supportive they are. I did size down to make sure I had more support and they would be tight enough. I highly recommend getting these evn if you are just starting lifting.

Good for weightlifting too!

I'm a weightlifter and I got these because I wanted tighter knee sleeves to see if more support could help with my knee pain for squats. I wear these for all my lifts now, including snatches, with no problem getting into a squat. They haven't cured my knee pain but it's probably 60% better. Plus I love the color!
