You put these on the hoops. I love this concept. My only complaint i have is how they are sold. When I checked out it had pair behind it. I ordered 1 pair. I only got 1 charm. When I emailed the company they told me it is sold as 1. I have no problem buying 2 of them. The problem I had is the site says pair. I never even got a i am sorry about that problem or that they even had a problem with the way the website sold it.
