I’m obsessed!
These are the best things ever! They save me during long workouts and brick days! I really do feel like they replenish my electrolytes and I’m able to stay more hydrated and in control when I take these. I definitely will keep buying these and trying it out.

Chewable Salt
Easy to take on the go. Houston heat and humidity has me sweating profusely after a few minutes, so I know I'll need to supplement my hydration with salt tablets, and these make that intake easy. Not scientific, but results show less bonking with tabs than without!

Easy - tasty electrolyte balance
These are great. While I appreciate some of the new saltier drink mixes - I can only take so much of those. These salt sticks are easy to consume, taste great, and help me balance electrolytes on long rides. Really felt it staved off cramping on a recent hot 100 mile ride. These will be in all future ride kits.
