1/2 cup size
As a breast cancer survivor, I needed something less than a full cup to even out my chest. I was using a silicone Insert, bit only a cup size was available. I was excited to see this available. That said, I wish it was softer. The "bump" is very stiff, amd does not feel like breast tissue at all. It does work for my needs and the size is perfect.

disappointed in delivery
I ordered 2 sets of Cakes for my daughter for prom. One set was pre-ordered and would ship April 27th. It would arrive on time for her May 9th prom. The 27th came and left with no updates in shipping or anything. I went to check what the problem was, and it updated to May 11th or later. No update emails from the company or anything. $90 for 2 pair is a lot to pay for a company that has bad communication. We ended up getting a refund and buying a set from Amazon that had NO PROBLEM delivering right away. Cakes will never get my money again. I encourage you to take your $ elsewhere.
