Looking for an added boost

I am 72 years old and am very active. I enjoy working out at the gym, working out in my yard and playing with my grandkids. I eat healthy for the most part and enjoy my protein shakes after a workout. Mid- afternoon I start to weaken and need a boost! The vanilla colostrum is my favorite flavor. I simply add 6 oz of water to a scoop and whisk it to a frothy look. I drink it and I get more energized or fill a lift in my spirits. I have not tried it as a shake by itself, but have added it to my protein shake for extra nourishment.

Perfect addition

I use it in so many ways. Cheesecake mugs, smoothies, Fairlife protein drinks, you name it. It has definitely been a positive addition to our diet and health.
