Great Quality - upsize if you want it less fitted

I love my new Body Sculpt Jacket! To be fair, I didn't buy it for the "sculpting. " I bought it to replace a similar style zip-up that I loved but no longer fit. As a 5' 3", 8/10, 32E/F, this is tight when I zip it because it is a sculpting (compression) jacket. So if you want something more casual/looser, I recommend sizing up one.
