Better Fiber

I got the product delivered really quickly. I just started using the fiber supplement. I’m just 3 days in. I’ll review it again after using it 3 or 4 months

I was given these same ingredients 50 years ago and it was an awful tasting addition to my smoothies....so I am very happy that the capsules do the trick without the taste. It is delivered ea month so I don't have to scour stores to find something like it. thank you....

They are just okay

I've never had any bathroom issues until recently when I was placed on a GLP1 for weight loss. I tried these as I wanted a more natural remedy for the problem. They handled the problem...eventually but have never given me the relief I was hoping for.
