Buckle on the waste strap broke day one.

I really like the pack, but the buckle on the waste strap broke the first time I used it. It is possible to get it replaced? Really disappointed.

I like this size over the 30 liter REI pack I recently purchased. Fits well and seems sturdy. I like the features and it has everything I believe I may need for future hikes. Colors are nice too 😎
