ADJUSTABLE ARMREST

Great product. The only issue is that I had to watch 3 different assembly videos to assemble the chair and the videos were not totally in sync. For example, the EZ Lift chair video did not state that if you have the adjustable back rest that you should install the base plate to the seat before you installed the adjustable arm wrests, so I had to take everything a part to correct the situation.

Well built. Lifetime quality. However, you have three width options provided by the mounting holes you use to attach each arm to the bottyof the seat. Unfortunately you cannot use the narrowist setting if you install a big boy seat attachment. Also, the up/down functionality of each armrest depends on the “c” bend which was too tight on one of my arms, so I had to set it to the correct height and essentially lock it in place. The guage of steel was to tuff for me to bend it open without damaging the paint. Finally, the arm rest pads cannot be tightened enough to prevent lateral movement unless you put yhe in the farthest rearward detent. I like mine sngled, but when i move sround in the chsir, these slide into positions that I dont prefer. So, a grest addition to the lineup, but needs just a bit more refining to be great.

Amazing product! I have been going back and forth on if I was going to purchase this accessory. I’m glad I decided to, it made the chair complete.
